Rossi Engineering was incorporated by three family members in December of 1996 with the vision to engineer, design and build marine products; specifically sailboats in the 25-35 foot range. Our first design and build was to the Mount Gay 30 Rule and launched in 1998. The boat was named Stitch-N-Glue and raced for several years on the Chesapeake Bay out of Annapolis, Maryland. The hard-chine concept and building techniques used have been further refined and applied to additional sail and power craft designs we have had the opportunity to be involved with. Recently, we have been rescuing and restoring several International 5.5s to preserve a bit of sailing history and grow the North American Fleet.
